h. infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights [including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person’s name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity];

i. provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone;

j. contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult).

k. tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Webpage or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins or other areas of the Webpage or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;

An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets certain criteria adopted by Shipline Logistic Solutions  to identify ‘Bulk Order’, including but not limited to:

a. Products ordered for commercial resale and not for self-consumption;

b. Multiple items ordered at the same address;

c. Bulk quantity of items ordered;

d. Invalid address given in order details;

e. Any malpractice used to place the order;

f. Multiple items ordered using the same mobile no, email address; or

g. Any other criteria as deemed fit by Shipline Logistic Solutions 

Charges

Shipline Logistic Solutions  reserves the right to change the policy from time to time. In particular, Shipline Logistic Solutions  may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Webpage. In such an event Shipline Logistic Solutions  reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the policy shall be posted on Webpage and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted. Force Majeure

Shipline Logistic Solutions  (‘Shipline’) shall not be liable for any failure and/or delay on their part in performing any of its obligation under this Agreement and/or for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by You by reason there of if such failure and/or delay shall be result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein.

Explanation: “Force Majeure Event” means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Shipline Logistic Solutions  (‘Shipline’) , including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockout, and/or industrial action of any kind, breakdown of transportation facilities, riots, insurrection, hostilities whether war be declared or not, acts of government, governmental orders or restrictions breakdown and/or hacking of the Webpage/ Shop and/or contents provided for availing the products and/or services under the Shop, such that it is impossible to perform the obligations under the Agreement, or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of Shipline Logistic Solutions  (‘Shipline’) which prevents timely fulfillment of obligation of Shipline Logistic Solutions  (‘Shipline’).

SHIPPING POLICY:

I. ORDER PROCESSING

1. Order Processing Time:

a. Shipline is committed to processing orders promptly, typically within 0-3 business days from the date of order placement.

b. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that may hinder immediate order processing, Shipline will communicate promptly with the customer to provide relevant updates and status of order processing.

II. SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Standard Shipping (India):

a. Standard Shipping within India is available for all Shipline customers.

b. Orders will be shipped using reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery and shall be communicated with the User after booking of the orders over the contact details provided by the User. Shipline bears no responsibility for updating if the User has provided incorrect contact or communication details while booking the consignment.

III. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

1. Standard Timeframe:

a. Processing and shipping of orders typically take 4-7 business days.

b. Variations in delivery time may occur for orders originating from pin codes with delivery constraints or limited accessibility.

IV. SHIPPING ADDRESS AND RESTRICTIONS

1. Single Shipping Address:

a. Shipline processes orders with one shipping address per order as is communicated to Shipline while booking the consignment.

b. For shipments to different recipients, customers are advised to treat each shipping address as a separate order.

c. Further, no change in shipping address shall be entertained once the booking of the consignment has been finalized.

2. P.O. Box Addresses:

a. Shipline does not ship to Post Office Box addresses.

b. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and deliverable addresses. Shipline holds no responsibility for non-delivery if the address includes P.O. Box details in any form. The consignment shall be returned to the User who booked the consignment after deducting applicable charges for failed delivery attempt(s).

V. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Delivery Attempts:

a. Shipping partners will attempt delivery twice to the address specified in the order.

b. If the customer is unreachable or refuses delivery during these attempts, Shipline reserves the right to cancel the order(s) and reserves the right to deduct applicable charges for failed attempt to deliver the consignment.

2. Cancellation Rights:

a. The fulfilment of any order is at the sole discretion of Shipline Logistic Solutions 

b. Shipline reserves the right to cancel orders under specific circumstances, and the customer will be duly informed.

c. Shipline also reserves the right to deduct any charges, penalties or government levies applicable to due to such cancellation or refusal to accept the consignment.

VI. ORDER TRACKING AND COMMUNICATION

1. Delivery Partners:

Shipline hereby establishes its formal partnership with esteemed logistics providers to facilitate the efficient and secure delivery of goods. Shipline acknowledges the breadth of its network and its steadfast commitment to ensuring punctual deliveries. Users of Shipline’s services shall receive timely tracking updates, thereby fostering transparency and trust throughout the entirety of the shipment process.

2. Order Tracking:

a. Customers can track their orders through the respective Order Tracking facility provided by Shipline  with the engaged courier companies as is communicated while processing the consignment for shipping.

b. Airway Bill/Shipping Bill details will be provided for tracking purposes.

3. Customer Support:

a. For any queries or concerns related to shipping, customers are encouraged to reach out to Shipline’s customer care via the contact number or email ID mentioned on the website.

VII. OWNERSHIP AND RISK WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE

a. Owner’s Risk (OFR-Owner’s Freight Risk): the transportation of goods shall be conducted under Owner’s Risk (OFR) terms. The owner of the goods assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft occurring during transportation. It is the owner’s obligation to arrange and maintain suitable insurance coverage to mitigate potential risks. The owner bears the financial consequences of any incidents affecting the goods during transit.

b. Carrier’s Risk with Insurance Coverage (CFR-Cost and Freight: Under Cost and Freight (CFR) terms. The User undertakes the responsibility of covering costs and risks associated with delivering the goods to the named destination port. In the event of an accident, if the User communicates the incident to the SHIPLINE within 24 hours with required documents for process and after deducting applicable expenses, the insurance coverage amount will be applicable.

VIII. TAX AND PENALTY:

1.1. The Customer acknowledges that any tax, fine, or penalty arising from incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliance with applicable laws, including GST laws, shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

1.2. Shipline, while providing necessary support and guidance, is not liable for any consequences resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with relevant tax laws.

2. CONTAIN BASIS, INSPECTION, AND PACKAGING:

2.1. It is explicitly understood by the Customer that all shipments contracted for delivery by the Shipping Partner are on a “SAID TO CONTAIN BASIS.” In this context, the Shipping Partner shall not be obligated to verify the description and contents of the shipments declared by the Customer.

2.2. The Customer commits to providing accurate, truthful, fair, correct, and factual declarations regarding the description and value of shipments.

2.3. The Shipping Partner reserves the right to refuse the delivery of shipments that do not comply with these terms and conditions, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

2.4. In the event the Shipping Partner imposes fines for any goods booked by the Customer that are banned or prohibited by law, the Customer shall be solely liable for bearing such fines.

IX. DISCRETION AND AMENDMENTS

1. Fulfilment Discretion:

The fulfilment of any order, including processing and shipping, is entirely at the sole discretion of Shipline Logistic Solutions 

2. Policy Amendments:

Shipline reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy as and when needed. Customers will be informed of any changes, and the updated policy will become effective from the specified date.

By placing an order with Shipline, customers acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.
